Day 7

Today we had a few errands to do, so we took care of them (oil change and computer checkup) and spent the rest of the day walking around downtown Santa Fe.The Native American vendors on the square look freezing because it was COLD and, in fact, hailed for a while around lunchtime. One of our favorit galleries was at the State Capital where they have incredible works by NM artists on every floor.According to the folks who work there, it's the best show in town but most tourists don't know about it.The special exhibit was a display of beautiful quilts and wall-hangings showing places all around the state (or in the artists' imagination),The photo of Maria Rosa also shows our generos host, Stuart Bluestone, in case you were wondering.....
Continuara....
